We want you to love what you ordered! But if something isn’t quite right, here is how we can help you fix it.
⏳ The 7-Day Window
You have 7 days from the day your package arrives to request a return or exchange. After that, the sale is final!
🛠️ Did we make a mistake?
If your item is damaged, the wrong size, or just plain the wrong product:
- It’s on us: Returns and exchanges are 100% free.
- The Proof: Just snap a clear photo of the issue and upload it with your request.
- Verification: Once it gets back to us, we’ll do a quick quality check. If everything matches your report, we’ll process your refund or swap immediately.
🧊 Just changed your mind?
If the product is perfect but you’ve decided it’s not for you:
- We’ll still take it back, but a ₹100 return fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover shipping.
💳 How You’ll Get Your Money Back
We don’t do store credit—we give you your money back directly.
- Paid Online? We’ll send it back to your original payment method.
- Paid Cash (COD)? We’ll send it via bank transfer (just make sure your bank details are 100% correct!).
- Timeline: Expect your refund 3–5 working days after the item reaches our warehouse.
Note: Shipping charges from your original order aren’t refundable.
📝 The “Must-Haves” for Returns
To get your refund, the item needs to come back in its original “shelf-ready” condition:
- Tags are a must: If the tags are missing, we can’t process the refund.
- Unused & Unwashed: Items must be in the same condition you received them.
- Pack it tight: Please wrap it securely! We can’t be responsible for items that get damaged on their way back to us because of poor packaging.
🚚 Pickup & Shipping
- We’ll come to you: We’ll try to pick up the item up to 3 times. If those attempts fail, the return request will be cancelled.
- Out of range? If our courier doesn’t service your area, you’ll just need to ship it back to our Hyderabad office yourself. (Don’t forget to write your Order ID on the box!)
⚠️ A Few Important “No-Nos”
- Final Sale Items: If you bought it during a Clearance, BOGO, or Flat Discount sale, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- International Orders: These are final sale and not eligible for returns.
- One-Time Exchange: You can exchange an order once. Once an item has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.
- All the exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.
- Missing Packages: If your tracking says “Delivered” but you don’t have it, tell us within 48 hours. We can’t help with claims made after that window.
